Reshade unable to download archive

I have this error when trying to install via reshade . Also when I go to presets in reshade (shift f2) i select them but nothing changes, pls help. Can't install reshade Discussion so, the update hit. had to uninstall reshade, now i can't reinstall with the standard collection. i can do without them but then i don't have anything. i get the following error: unable to extract downloaded archive.

Those are the exact 2 settings I use in ReShade. Not using any AA in game or ReShade but I am using 1.5x resolution scaling to compensate the jaggies.
